          File consists of an agenda for a weekend conference held May 26-27, 1990 at the Friendship Centre in Vanderhoof entitled "Nechako: A River Worth Saving". Includes Hartman's handwritten notes for a talk he gave at the public session. According to Hartman, "at this meeting, it was made public for the first time that the key DFO scientists did not support the flows established in the 1987 settlement agreement".

          H.C. Kinghorn worked briefly for the B.C. Forest Service and was in charge of the YMFTP crew at Aleza Lake in 1936.
