File consists of incoming correspondence from the general public and politicians regarding matters related to northern development and outgoing correspondence from Iona Campagnolo. Includes correspondence regarding the Native Brotherhood of British Columbia; the Western Northlands Development Agreement; correspondence to and from mayors in the Skeena riding; and correspondence to and from the Minister of Regional Economic Expansion Don Jamieson. Also includes newspaper clippings; a diagram for the Northern Net Company building in Port Edward, BC; memoranda regarding the Western Economic Opportunities Conference; a Association of Regional Districts for Northern Development conference program from 1975 entitled "Tourism and Outdoor Recreation in Northern British Columbia"; notes for a speech by Commissioner of the Yukon J. Smith regarding "Economic Development of the Northwest" to the Victoria Chamber of Commerce on February 11, 1970; and an itinerary for the Northwest Transportation Tour including Ministers Don Jamieson, Iona Campagnolo, Ron Basford, and Cliff McIsaac.
