File consists of notes and reproductions relating to the Yukon Telegraph Trail, which runs through British Columbia from Ashcroft in the south to Atlin in the North. The telegraph line was constructed by the Dominion Government Telegraph Service from 1898 to 1901. The groundwork for this telegraph line was laid by the Collins Overland Telegraph and the Western Union Telegraph (Russian-American Telegraph). File also includes photographs depicting a cabin at Bobtail Lake along the telegraph trail (1977).
File consists of research materials related to indigenous in the Yukon possibly for Ainley's book "Re-explorations: new perspectives on gender, environment and the transfer of knowledge in 19th and 20th century Canada and Australia." Material largely consists of photocopies, printout, and publication by the Yukon Archives as well as catalogue listing from UNBC library and the Yukon Public Library and various heritage organization in the Yukon.
File consists of research materials concerning First Nations science primarily in the Yukon but also in northern BC, North West Territories, and Native Americans in Alaska. File includes tourism promotional materials from the Yukon and Alaska.
File consists of an edited version of Ann Walsh's draft typescript of her novel, "Your Time, My Time". The draft includes edits by Gerry Truscott and rough re-writes by Ann Walsh.
Contents of the guide include: promotional articles of the attractions in the area, the services provided in the area, the various waterways that can be used for transportation, maps of the region, and historical information about Stewart.
