          Photographs depict different construction projects at separate locations in Cassiar. Photographs were originally housed in envelopes with the following annotations: "POLICE STATION. July 15, 1977."; "Aggregates and Concrete (PERMASTEEL)"; "Fibre Storage and Handling"; "Powerhouse Expansion"; "Sewage Collection Plant."; "Sewage Treatment Plant"; "Single Person Accommodations - Site Work."; "Outside Work - Camp Nos. 1,2,3." Photos generally feature the work sites, supplies, vehicles, machinery, and work in progress at each location.

          Additional photographs integrated into file include maintenance project on lining of tubes, lining of aspiration hood, and lining of willow fiberizer. Also five photographs of maintenance in the townsite to fix in ground piping.

          File consists of two journals both in binding marked Daily Journal 1974. One journal has "Strapper" written across the cover and is mostly empty but contains handwritten strapper maintenance notes and loose paper with diagrams; dates range from 1978-2008. The other journal includes handwritten maintenance notes and loose pages with diagrams, no dates are included.

          File consists of material relating to Louis Adelbert LeBourdais (June 26, 1888 - September 27, 1947) was a telegraph operator, life insurance agent and political figure in British Columbia. He represented Cariboo in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 1937 to 1947 as a Liberal. LeBourdais had mining interests in the Barkerville area. He was also an amateur historian. From 1941 to 1948, he was a member of a Liberal-Conservative coalition in the provincial assembly. LeBourdais died in office in 1947. Materials include reproductions of articles, correspondence, and newspaper clippings.

          Photograph depicts the unloading of logs from rail cars into the Mamquam River Blind Channel in Squamish (then Newport). The valley bottom around Squamish was logged from Mamquam River north to across the Cheakamus River before the construction of the Pacific Great Eastern Railway.

          Photograph depicts a loaded logging truck on corduroy log road near Peden Hill sawmill. The truck has three passengers--a man and two women--sitting on top of the loaded logs. The leftmost passenger is Mrs. Fred Tesluk; Fred Tesluk co-owned the Peden Hill mill with Cornel Neronovitch. Cornel Neronovitch stands at the right of the photograph, in front of the truck.
