Series consists of video recordings and broadcast shows created by the UNBC Office of Communications and their partners.

Series consists of records reflecting the activities of the Dezell and Rustad families. Series include mayoral records from Bea and Garvin Dezell when Garvin served as Mayor of Prince George. Series includes materials celebrating Bea Dezell's life created by her family. Series also includes fundraising efforts for the Northern Medical Programs Trust. Finally, series includes a collection of "spruce" dollars and commemorative coins.

Series consists of records created or accumulated by the Aleza Lake Research Forest Society regarding the research forest's history. Includes oral histories and material from long-time personnel that worked at the ALRF, such as Harry Coates, John Revel, and Frank Hellenius. Also contains copies of archival records from other archival institutions that concern the history of ALRF, which were compiled as part of a 2006/2007 history internship project.

Series consists of the 46 oral histories conducted by the Island Cache Recovery Project. A file exists for each participant in the research project, which includes the original recorded oral history on cassette tape and/or VHS, consent forms for use of the oral history, a written transcript for the oral history, and a digital version of the written transcript. Label on diskette states, "Island Cache Research Project. Transcription of Heinz Bartkowski interview (by: Lori Koop) June 12-99 file: Heinz.rtf FNST 272."

Series consists of records relating to the personal life of author and journalist Audrey Smedley L'Heureux. Includes a commemoratory home video DVD production that recognizes Audrey L’Heureux on her 80th birthday as a valued member of her family and as an accomplished community figure. This series also includes a photograph of Audrey L'Heureux in the 1970s.

Series consists of records created and collected after Dr. Joselito Arocena's death on December 20, 2015. Includes information about Arocena's work in China, photographs and video of the unveiling of the Lito Lab, and video recordings and presentation materials from a memorial lecture for Dr. Joselito Arocena by Mike Rutherford, Hugues Massicotte, and Paul Sanborn.

Series consists of records relating to G. Gary Runka's professional career development, interests, and involvement beyond his Land Sense Ltd. work. Runka was involved in many professional associations, including the Agricultural Institute of Canada, the B.C. Federation of Naturalists, the B.C. Institute of Agrologists, the Bella Coola Watershed Conservation Society, the Canadian Consulting Agrologists Association, the Canadian Institute of Forestry, the Canadian Society of Landscape Ecology and Management, the Grasslands Conservation Council of British Columbia, the Lambda Alpha International Society for Range Management, the Soil and Water Conservation Society, and the Wilderness Tourism Association, among others. Records include material relating to Runka's involvement with these professional associations, as well as collected professional resource material relating to agriculture and environment topics. Also includes Runka's business card collection.

Series largely consists of Ainley's administrative activities as professor and chair of the Women's Studies Program at the University of Northern British Columbia. Material is arranged, predominately, according to the activities with which Ainley was involved, including overseeing program restructuring, coverage of the Women's Studies Program in the media, presentations to prospective students, planning for research presentations and conferences, curriculum development and retirement preparation. Series also documents Ainley's appointment as an adjunct professor in the Environmental Studies department at the University of Victoria. The series also includes records concerning Ainley's graduate student research assistants and their work with her. The series consists of memoranda, meeting minutes, reports, posters, speaking notes, correspondence, brochures, pamphlets, articles, course descriptions and syllabi, notes, printed emails, and employment contracts.

Series consists of published materials collected by Harry Coates for his research and work in forestry. Materials consist of journal articles, government publications, and guidebooks. Series also includes ephemera consisting of recreational guides for parks, trails, and forests.

Series documents academic research undertaken by Dr. Marika Ainley throughout her academic career. It contains research material from projects in Ainley's main areas of research, the history of ornithology and the history of early and contemporary women scientists, as well as research on the relationship between early women scientists and Aboriginal peoples. The series is arranged into thirteen subseries: ornithology research, Louise de Kiriline Lawrence and Doris Huestis Speirs correspondence monograph; "Scientists vs. government experts: The wood buffalo controversy, 1920-1991," "Restless energy: A biography of William Rowan, 1891-1957," women in science and engineering research, Catharine Parr Traill, "Critical turning points: Women engineers within and outside the profession," funding applications, North American and Australian indigenous knowledge and science, oral histories, "Creating complicated lives," publications, and Mabel F. Timlin. Series consists of photocopies of articles; correspondence; bibliographies; draft and published versions of articles, conference proceedings, and monographs; interviews and transcripts; recordings of conferences; statistical data; questionnaires; consent, submission, and other forms; pamphlets and other material from conferences; applications for grants and funding; overhead transparencies; photographs; and notes.
