General note
General note
Memorandum reads as follows : "I regret that my memorandum of March 22nd was unclear as to its intent and generated adverse discussion and comment. For those of you who have participated in one of the Human Rights Workshops, the memo's intent was, perhaps, clearer than to those who have not. My only purpose was to alert people to the fact that the laws of the province are such that, even though someone is off-site and off-hours the normal rules of conduct of the workplace are still held to apply to employees. The normal rules of conduct as they pertain to human rights and 'questionable behaviour' constitute the content of the half day Human Rights Workshops and I urge every employee to attend these sessions. Signed Geoffrey R. Weller, President"
