Consists of June Swanky Parker "View from Cranbrook Hill site of University of Northern British Columbia, Prince George, B.C." holiday greeting card, signed by the Minister of Advanced Education Bruce Strachan. Includes enclosed photograph taken during the UNBC site announcement on October 30, 1990. The snapshot photograph shows the original UNBC site plan annotated on a large aerial photograph.
