File consists of Campagnolo's incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding a Ridley Island access route, a proposed Ridley Island coal terminal, proposed new port facilities at Prince Rupert, the expansion of grain terminal facilities, a proposed roll on/roll off terminal, a marine service centre complex, and dredging Skidegate Channel. Also includes original and photocopied newspaper clippings, minutes from a Skeena-Queen Charlotte Regional District meeting concerning hydro planning for the Prince Rupert area, news releases concerning Ridley Island facilities development with maps, a short report of record statistics for the Port of Prince Rupert in 1978, a position paper on the sale of grain elevators at the Prince Rupert Ocean Terminal, proposals concerning the Prince Rupert port, a magazine entitled "Seaports and the Shipping World," briefing notes on public wharves on the west coast, a report entitled "The Effects of Coal Dust from the Proposed Ridley Island Coal Terminal on Canadian Cellulose's Pulp Mill Product Quality," a report entitled "Coal Dust Control on Unit Trains," Campagnolo's newsletter entitled "This Week from Ottawa" on Ridley Island development, an addendum to a submission on railway movements by the Prince Rupert Chamber of Commerce, a news release concerning tenders for a loading ramp, notes, telexes, and memoranda.
