File consists of Campagnolo's incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding port security, a proposed extension to the Saint John Harbour, harbour improvements, and the Harbour Development Program in the Skeena area. Includes correspondence concerning the amalgamation of the Vancouver, New Westminster, and North Fraser ports.
