Digital video recording is an episode of Spotlight on UNBC from February 1995. Features include a Technology Management degree developed at the Kitimat and Prince Rupert regional campuses; a Maritime Research Institute in development in Prince Rupert; the completion of the UNBC Conference Centre; an interview with Jim O'Meara regarding a fitness centre; the construction of a new residence building announced; Mary-Ellen Kelm granted $70,000 from the National Health Research program to research aboriginal health policies; the Faculty of Natural Resources given $100,000 grant to study social values for forests using the Macgregor Model Forest; nominations for UNBC Chancellor; the UNBC Student Association election; sports at UNBC and a partnership between Otway and UNBC for cross-country skiing; and a review of some of Spotlight on UNBC's top stories.
