Photograph depicts a turntable that had been lifted out of a pit and set on the ground at the Kamloops Junction. Lifting had been done by two powerful sterling cranes.

Photograph depicts a former turntable pit iat the CN Kamloops Junction that was pictured immediately after the table was removed. CN lost no time in filling the pit. A running rail was salvaged by the 2141 Society.

Photograph depicts a former turntable pit that was pictured immediately after the table was removed. The pit was later filled in with dirt/gravel. R.H. track wioth 2 locomotives was made into a running line. L.H. track that had a switcher was made into a dead-end spur.

Photograph depicts a CN roundhouse that was built in 1929 at the Kamloops Junction. It was demolished in November, 1993. The prime reason for its demolition was not wanting to pay local taxes on a building rarely used for anything except for motor vehicles, general temporary storage, etc.

Photograph depicts Beaver Trucking located on Kamloops Indian Reserve No. 1 on Tk'emlups te Secwepemc territory, Kamloops, BC. It had been a company since 1990 and received 2 or 3 boxcars weekly loaded with items from Toronto that were then delivered around town. Davies later noted that the business was destroyed by arson in 1997.

Photograph depicts a spur located next to Pounder Emulsions Ltd. Electric capstan (Jeffrey Electric Co, Montreal) used to move full and empty tank cars of bitumen (for blacktops). Did not appear to be used.

Photograph depicts how wrecked cars were removed from the Brockelhurst derailment site using a CN rail crane and a rented Sterling Crane Co. crane, which was set up right beside the track. Here, the car was lifted from the side of the track and positioned above the rail track.

Photograph depicts a CN freight derailment in Brockelhurst, Kamloops. It was an 80 car hopper train carrying urea fertilizer. It derailed 28 cars and most were severely damaged. Ripped up 200 meteres of the track.

The building of this spur in 1977 was a late and short lived attempt to move yearling cattle to Ontario for fattening by rail. The Last stock train ran in 1985. The CN rail track was still in use in August 1998. This photograph shows the spur running east and down grade to a stockyard owned by BC Interior Cattlemen's Association.
