File contains a conference program for the Council of Unions in the Colleges and Institutes (CUCI) conference on 6 Nov. 1993 at the College of New Caledonia entitled "Advanced Education in Northern British Columbia: Chaos or Coordination?". As stated in the program, "the purpose of this conference is to assess the impact of UNBC and other new educational deliverers on northern communities; to identify concerns about educational planning, coordination and access, job security, and other work-related issues".
Although Dr. Robin Fisher's career at the University of Northern British Columbia was largely in administration, he continued to give papers at scholarly conferences as well as provide service to his University and community.
