File consists of Campagnolo's incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding reports on First Nations rights in Manitoba. Also includes an interim report on hunting, fishing, and trapping rights by the Manitoba Indian Brotherhood, the Federation of Saskatchewan Indians, and the Indian Association of Alberta; a proposal to the Minister of Health and welfare on health services on behalf of the Manitoba Chiefs; a proposal to the Standing Committee on Indian Affairs concerning aboriginal rights; a newsletter entitled "Dialogue"; reports on First Nations housing and affairs by the Manitoba Indian Brotherhood; a policy paper entitled "Declaration on Indian Housing"; a discussion paper on First Nations government in Manitoba; a summary of 44 articles of agreement between the Government on Canada and the Registered Indians of Manitoba.
