File consists of Campagnolo's incoming and outgoing correspondence in English and French regarding a Green Paper called "Toward a National Policy on Recreation." Prominent correspondents include: Claude Charron, Minister Responsible for High Commission on Youth, Recreation and Sports; Jean-Pierre Ouellet, Minister of Youth; Reuben Baetz, Minister of Culture and Recreation; Bob Banman, MLA; Sam Bawlf, MLA. Also includes a memorandum drawn up by Iona Campagnolo entitled "Clarification of the Mandate of the Fitness and Amateur Sport Branch, Establishment of Recreation Canada as a Coordinating Agency, and Preparation of a Position Paper on Fitness and Recreation," responses in English and French to and analyses of "Toward a National Policy on Recreation" by the Recreation Associations of Ontario, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and British Columbia, Canadian Parks and Recreation Association, Canadian Association for Health, Physical Education and Recreation, and the National Advisory Council on Fitness and Amateur Sport. Includes an advertisement for a treadmill called Jogawok, a report on "The Female in Public Recreation" by the Education and Recreation Committee of the Ontario Status of Women Council, a bulletin entitled "Worklife" on employee fitness, memoranda and a telex.
