File consists of a conference paper titled "The Conflict of Values and Goals in the Canadian Health Care System" presented by Weller at a session on health policy and printed in the proceedings of the "Conference on Social Development in a Pluralist Society." The file also contains an advertisement for the book "Resources and the Environment: Policy Perspectives for Canada" for which Weller has written a chapter title "Resource Development in Northern Ontario: A Case Study in Hinterland Politics."
