File consists of Campagnolo's correspondence regarding the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission programs with television service extensions and improvements. Prominent correspondents include MPs Hugh Faulkner, and MP Gerard Pelletier. Includes engineering briefs concerning low-power television in Vanderhoof, and an English language television network transmitter for Fort Fraser. Also includes a booklet entitled "Engineering Study on the Provision of Second Service Television to the Communities of the Hazelton-Kitwanga Area," photocopied maps of the Fort Fraser area in British Columbia, a resolution by the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako concerning television rebroadcasting, a "Northern News Agencies" newsletter, and memoranda.
