File consists of incoming correspondence from the general public and Canada Post employees regarding matters related to Canada Post and outgoing correspondence from Iona Campagnolo. Includes correspondence regarding complaints regarding Canada Post service, requests for improved mail service, employee grievances, and correspondence to and from Postmaster General Jean-Jacques Blais. Also includes a page from the Prince Rupert Daily News of 24 November 1977, a report by the Canadian Direct Mail Marketing Association entitled "The Economic Implications of a Postal Strike to the Direct Mail/Mail Order Business", Sections 11 and 12 of the Post Office Act amended 1968, Bulletin 16 and Communique 40 of the Coaching Association of Canada (in French), copies of newspaper articles, and memoranda.
