File consists of Campagnolo's incoming and outgoing correspondence in French and English regarding concerns with the national lottery, Loto Canada. Prominent correspondents include MPs Martin O'Connell, Arthur Lee, Cliff McIsaac, Jim Balfour, and Ray Hnatyshyn, and Australian Minister for Sport and Recreation and Minister of Tourism Ken Booth. Also includes a copy of a synoptic report of the legislative assembly for the province of New Brunswick, a newspaper clipping job advertisement for Loto Canada, a copy of a receipt for gold bullion from Scotiabank, betting sheets for English soccer associations from Vernons Pools Ltd., a report on organizational strategies for Loto Canada by Hickling Johnson Management Consultants, a pamphlet on lotteries in BC, an amendment to National Lottery Regulations by the Governor general, telexes, and memoranda.
