Includes documents regarding the effect of surrender on individual interest and a blank "notice in respect to a surrender of Indian lands" form. It also includes Indian Affairs Branch documents regarding conditional land allotments and individual land holdings.

File consists of a copy of a Supreme Court of Canada appeal and judgement for the case Leo Tyler Francis v. Her Majesty the Queen. The case pertains to the enforcement of traffic and motor regulations between federal and reserve jurisdictions. The judgement was rendered on May 26th, 1988.
