Sub-subseries consists of records relating to the Northwood Pulp Mill in Prince George, which was owned by Northwood Pulp and it's renamed successors Northwood Pulp and Timber Ltd. (1972-1998) and Northwood Forest Industries Ltd. (1979-1998). These records were created or accumulated by Adam Zimmerman during his tenures as the company's President and Director, as well as his Presidency of Northwood Pulp's parent company, Northwood Mills. Includes planning material, construction records and progress reports, documents from the official opening, records regarding the acquisition of the pulpwood harvesting area, and material regarding expansion of the mill.

Prince George Hotel and Cafe stand on left side of street in foreground, and many other buildings and businesses can be seen. Vehicles line the street, cut banks visible in background. Photograph believed to have been taken while George Street was being prepared for a new lawyer of asphalt.

It is believed that this store was originally owned by A. G. Hamilton.
