File consists of memoranda from Per Saxvik to Bell-Irving regarding "Fraser River Flow Analysis with Reference to Fish Passage Capacity through the Main Fishways at Hell's Gate". Also includes a "Fraser River Canyon Fish Passage Summary Report (June 1988) Updated October 1989" by Per Saxvik of SEP Engineering.

Item consists of a recording of Jack Carbutt interviewing William John Windsor regarding his logging activities in Hutton Mills, c. 1920s as well as fur trapping activities at the Nechako River Bridge and Carp Lake c. 1930s-1970s.

Dear Mrs. Cooper, I am up in the wild part of BC now where men horses and everything get drowned every day, sometimes automobiles get drowned also. This is the way we travel up where I am now. I saw a boat upside down in this Canyon it had a bundle of blankets tied on it and one oar was dancing in the whirlpool. This made my hair stand straight up and down.”

Snow and trees can bee seen on opposite shore in background. Sign posted at top of bridge reads: "NOTICE. ANY PERSON OR PERSONS DRIVING OVER BRIDGE AT A PACE FASTER THAN A WALK WILL BE [?] BY [?] DISTRICT FRONTIER".
