Includes letters & reports re building of Pacific Great Eastern Railway (1920s-30s) and need for railway to Peace River Country. Also includes reports relating to the building of the Alaska Highway 1950s. (Loose; fragile). Scrapbook also includes a series of correspondence (within scrapbook) between Perry and John Oliver regarding the proposed completion of the PGE 1920s and issue of Liberal nominations 1920s. Includes typed speech given by MLA H.G.T. Perry in the BC Legislature, 1925
