This particular car had never been refurbished, suggesting it had a problem from the start. When rail service ceased in July 2001 and cars were taken back to Ohio Central, this one was refused movement over public railways and remained in the Esquimalt & Nanaimo Railway yard in Victoria. Had 22 windows per side.
