Scrapbook also includes a series of correspondence (within scrapbook) between Perry and John Oliver regarding the proposed completion of the PGE 1920s and issue of Liberal nominations 1920s. Includes typed speech given by MLA H.G.T. Perry in the BC Legislature, 1925
