Digital video recording is an episode of Spotlight on UNBC from May 1994. Features include the impact of UNBC within the province; regional academic plans, starting with Quesnel; exclusive food suppliers on campus (Pepsi and ICL); Convocation 1994 at the Civic Centre (the inaugural convocation was two years prior when the UNBC President and Chancellor were installed); the presentation of the UNBC Coat of Arms at convocation; and interviews with the first graduates of UNBC and their experiences. Includes interviews with Ken Coates (UNBC VP Academic); John Stubbs (SFU President); Ellen Facey (Regional Coordinator, South Central); Dennis MacKnak (Regional Operations and University/College Relations); Martin Cocking (UNBC Associate Registrar); and UNBC students Jackie Watson, Niki Yandeau, Margaret Bathy, Myron Gordon, Kari Stedham Gosnell, and Diana Gilbert.
