    Scope and content

    File consists of Campagnolo's correspondence regarding the personal issues of constituents and their complaints related to provincial programs. Includes memoranda, photocopies of newspapers, telexes, notes, newspaper clippings, news releases, and budgets. Prominent correspondents include: MP Monique Begin, MLA L.A. Sunde, MLA Jack Radford, MLA Jack Kempf, MLA Patrick McGreer, MP Leonard Hopkins, MLA James Nielsen, Attorney-General Garde Gardom, MLA Frank Calder, MLA Sam Bawlf, and MP William Vander Zalm. Includes copies of legal documents; correspondence from Francophone groups of BC; a white paper on proposed legislation for the Family and Child Services Act; a page from a May 4, 1977 "Lake District News-Houston Today" newspaper showing a proposed zoning map of the Village of Burns Lake; a copy of the "Village of Burns Lake Zoning By-Law No. 375" of 1977; and "A Presentation to the Members of Parliament and Senators of the British Columbia Liberal Caucus on Special Problems in Vancouver Regarding the Education of Students for whom English is a Second Language" by the Board of School Trustees of School District No. 39 (Vancouver) in April 1977. Contains records in French and English.
