This scrapbook, entitled "My Two Year Term on the Teen Town Council", was created by Howard Foot to document his involvement in the Prince George Teen Town Council. Howard Foot was the elected "mayor" of the Prince George Teen Town Council for the 1958-1959 term. The British Columbia centennial year was 1958; Teen Town was involved in centennial event planning. The scrapbook includes newspaper clippings from the Prince George Citizen relating to Prince George Teen Town events and the Teen Town Council. These clippings include mention of other Teen Town Council members, including Brian Fawcett who later became a nationally-recognized Canadian writer.

Original photographic prints and reproduced photographs relating to Prince George Teen Town are pasted in and interleaved into the scrapbook. Also interleaved into the scrapbook is a 26 February 1959 issue of the Prince George Echo newspaper. The newspaper issue has a feature article about a Prince George custom car show organized by Howard Foot.

Subseries consists of newspapers collected by Kent Sedgwick and documents regarding the newspaper history of Prince George and region. Includes newspaper clippings relating to the history of newspapers in Prince George; issues of "The Spruce Needle" Prince George community newspaper; issues of the "Prince George Echo" newspaper; special editions of the Prince George Citizen Newspaper; and issues of "The Islander" magazine from Victoria.

File consists of the "Prince George Echo" newspaper vol. 1 no. 34 (6 Feb. 1958).

File consists of two issues of "The Islander" magazine insert to the "Daily Colonist" newspaper from Victoria, British Columbia (Feb. 1958). They include feature stories relating to the BC gold rush and other anecdotes relating to Victoria and BC history in general.

The fonds consists of audio reels and dubbed audio cassettes of a radio programs hosted by Jack Carbutt at CKPG Radio in Prince George, and includes transcriptions in electronic and textual format. This collection has been divided into the following three series: "Audio Recordings" (2000.21.1); "Transcriptions" (2000.21.2); and "Miscellaneous Materials" (2000.21.3).

File consists of several notes and letters addressed to Bea Dezell or Mr. and Mrs. G. Dezell. Most of the letters are short thank you notes but two letters concern her support for the creation and expansion of UNBC.

Series consists of correspondence, itineraries, newspaper clippings, reports, theatre and event programs, ephemera, contact lists, prop lists, scripts, rehearsal and performance schedules, set lists, minutes, agreements, cheques, receipts, and background material all pertaining to Iona Campagnolo's involvement with the planning of the Royal Visit to Prince Rupert in honour of British Columbia Centennial Celebrations, May 10, 1971; North Pacific Player theatre productions of Man of La Mancha (1971), Mary Stuart (1972), Tom Jones (1973), and Fiddler on the Roof (1974); planning and development of Prince Rupert’s first Folkfest '74; and initial planning for Prince Rupert Homecoming event, October 1973.

Series consists of original audio reels of CKPG radio programming broadcasts recorded in Prince George from 1960 to 1979, as well as, dubbed audio cassette copies made by the Prince George Oral History Group.

File consists of 1 audiocassette of interviews possibly by Bridget Moran with Arnold Davis and Claude Foot.

File consists of clippings, notes, and reproductions relating to the Simon Fraser Days event in Prince George. Includes various photocopied articles from the Prince George Citizen newspaper and "Prince George Simon Fraser days" booklet (June 1960).

Footage includes salmon jumping in a river, men filleting fish in fishing boat in tide water, a beaver in the water, and a bird, probably a heron, flying.

Recordings from the boat on a river, some loons on a lake, either Anahim or Fenton lake, and a panoramic view of the lake with mountains in background.

Also some footage of men fishing from the shore of a river, children catching fish, children swimming, some river rapids, footage of an eagle, a pelican on the lake, a group of birds, probably sand pipers, in water.

There are two young girls playing on a boat near shore, a view of white and brown house, and an older boy pulling a young girl in a wagon.

Include is footage of a backyard BBQ picnic, two young girls fishing, a cabin at a lake, and general scenery of birch trees, a boat house, and a dock at lake.

There is also a sign that reads "Breezy Cove," people relaxing on porch in front of cabin, and footage of a woman believed to be Mrs. Elsey and a friend walking on a forest path.

The film ends with footage of more fishing off a motor boat and unloading the motor boat at a dock.

Possible locations of the filming include the Bella Coola River, the Bella Coola Valley, the Bulkley Valley, the Hagensborg area, and Nimpo Lake.

Footage of thee men in dugout canoe bringing in ooligan nets full of ooligan fish on what is believed to be the Bella Coola river. Two of the men bring in the net while the third bails water. The men then bring in the canoe to shore using long poles. Women then join and help transport the fish to shore and then place the fish in large "stink box" where they are stirred with a stick.

Footage of fly fishing on a river, possibly the Bella Coola River or Dean River, fishing in river canyon, footage of deer, footage of Alert Bay, village, marina and totem poles on shore, footage of a white robin, and a woman holding her salmon catch. Also include is recordings of the Anahim stampede and the bucking bronco event.

Fonds consists of original, silent 16mm reels that portray the natural, social and land use history of the Bella Coola and Chilcotin regions named the "Natural and Guiding History of the Bella Coola and Chilcotin Regions".

Possible locations that Al Elsey filmed include: Bella Coola, Bella Bella, Anahim Lake, Alert Bay, Nimpo Lake, Bulkey Valley, the Rainbow Mountains, Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, Dean River, Bella Coola River, Tchaha Lake, the Chilcotin region, the Ulkatcho Mountains, Lassard Lake, Fenton Lake, Atnarko River, Wells Gray Park, and Holt Homestead.

Footage of a "stink box" used in Ooligan grease production in what is assumed to be Bella Coola. Also there is footage of some men fly-fishing on a river shore, either the Bella Coola River or the Dean River. There is a close-up clip of them baiting a hook, and then a shot of the men using gaff and hook to haul fish to shore. The men display their catch for the camera and there is a panoramic view of the mountains behind them. Included are some clips of Robson's deer, and a white robin.

Possible other locations in this film include the Atnarko region, Rainbow Mountains, Ulgoatcho Mountains and Chilcotin area.

Item is an audio reel recorded on January 17, 1963 in Prince George as part of the "Reveries" program on CKPG Radio. jack Carbutt interviews Jack Davies, Amelia Van Dyke and Stephan Claire.

Footage of the Anahim Stampede. The film includes recordings of the people at the stampede, bronco and bull riding, the area surrounding the arena, wild cow milking, children games such as sack races, horse racing around the arena, the concession stand and wild cow riding.
