Photograph depicts MP Iona Campagnolo Iona Campagnolo receives a carving by Elisapee Angutirjuak of Igloolik from Allan Kooneeliusie (Vice President of Baffin Region Inuit Association [B.R.I.A.]) and David Nowdlak (Sports and Recreation Co-ordinator, B.R.I.A). This gift was likely given in relation to Campagnolo's work as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (August 8, 1974-September 14, 1977).
