Electronic records

Series contains material relating to Ainley's personal projects and research and professional projects. The material consists of transcribed copies of Ainley's early articles; drafts of sections, notes, research material and correspondence relating to "Creating Complicated Lives: Women and Science at English-Canadian Universities, 1880-1980"; conference proceedings, research material, notes and correspondence relating to her research project, "Re-explorations: new perspectives on gender, environment and the transfer of knowledge in 19th and 20th century Canada and Australia"; material, predominately course descriptions and syllabi, relating to administering the Women's Studies Program at the University of Northern British Columbia; and photographs and slides relating to both her research and her personal life and hobbies. Series also contains conference proceedings, research notes, bibliographies, curricula vitae and other material.

"Unlocking the Medicine Chest" drafts

Series consists of different drafts of Chapter 7, "Unlocking the Medicine Chest: The Implications of Transferring Control of Health Services to First Nations," for the book, Prospering Together: The Economic Impact of Aboriginal Settlement in British Columbia, published by the Laurier Institute, as well as other related records. Includes publication "A Statistical Report on the Health of First Nations in British Columbia", Health Canada, 1995.


Series consists of 1 framed diploma from UNBC bestowing the title of Professor Emeritus on David Gomer Fish.

5 Alberta Photograph Album

This series consists of 191 black and white photographs (and computer disc copies) of Prentiss Gray's month-long trip on horseback when he travelled north from Jasper Park to Willmore Park. This series also includes 1 map identifying the trip route from Jasper Park, north.

Series consists of correspondence, itineraries, newspaper clippings, reports, theatre and event programs, ephemera, contact lists, prop lists, scripts, rehearsal and performance schedules, set lists, minutes, agreements, cheques, receipts, and background material all pertaining to Iona Campagnolo's involvement with the planning of the Royal Visit to Prince Rupert in honour of British Columbia Centennial Celebrations, May 10, 1971; North Pacific Player theatre productions of Man of La Mancha (1971), Mary Stuart (1972), Tom Jones (1973), and Fiddler on the Roof (1974); planning and development of Prince Rupert’s first Folkfest '74; and initial planning for Prince Rupert Homecoming event, October 1973.
