File consists of Campagnolo's correspondence in French and English regarding the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission programs with general enquires into telecommunications. A prominent correspondent includes MP Gerard Pelletier. Also includes a Telesat Canada proposed agreement with Trans-Canada Telephone System, a report entitled "Telecommunications in Northwestern British Columbia" a news release entitled "Practical Solutions Despite Ideological Quarrels," a report entitled "Submission of the Canadian Telecommunications Division of the Canadian Brotherhood of Railway, Transport, and General Workers to the Standing Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs," a position paper entitled "Some Chronological Observations on Federal Communications Policies," newspaper clippings, telexes, and memoranda.
