Publication contains a handbook for the Canada Games that serves as a guide to promote the concept of the Games, to provide information for cities interesting in hosting the Games, and as a help to the Society organizing the Games. "The handbook presents the structural foundation of the Games. It includes the general objectives, the parties involved and the responsibilities of these parties in organizing and staging the Games."
