This March 1995 souvenir edition booklet of the Prince George Citizen focuses on Prince George's building, infrastructure, and population boom of the 1990s. Includes full colour photos and feature articles on UNBC, CN Centre multiplex area, the Prince George courthouse, Prince George tourism, the housing market, road building, Prince George sports, Southridge Elementary, Prince George sawmills and pulp mills, and the College of New Caledonia. Also includes local advertisements for Prince George businesses, such as Bubba Baloo's and Overwaitea.

The fonds consists of newspaper articles on John Ferry and several documents related to Carney Ferry's work as a CNR agent. The bulk of the fonds documents William Dow Ferry's accomplishments, from his sixth grade report card to law school transcripts, university diplomas and certificates of appointment. Most photos are formal shots of William Ferry but one series relates to his military service, including photographs of soldiers in Whitehorse ca. 1940.

Fonds contains 12.5 cm of textual records consisting of drafts of papers, off-prints of articles authored and co-authored by Fish, and files pertaining to his consultancy work in the Maldives and Sri Lanka. Also contains digital records and on diskettes (which have been migrated to CD), which include correspondence, memoranda, drafts, and other working files.

Cconsists of textual materials including reports and correspondence between R.J. Baker and the BC Ministry of Advanced Education and Job Training, as well as, copies of reports written by other consultants and by the Implementation Planning Group - all of which have as their subject the creation of a university in northern British Columbia. Also includes 26 audio reels recorded by Baker (currently unavailable for access).

The Reports, Reviews and Correspondence series consists of correspondence between Dr. R.J. Baker and the BC Ministry of Advanced Education and Job Training concerning his consultancy, as well as a contract for work; copies of reports written by other consultants; his own report to the Ministry; and reports by the Implementation Planning Group that helped create the University of Northern British Columbia.

Items includes an unpublished manuscript on the life of Ray Williston by Eileen Williston, an unpublished paper on the history of technological change in logging industry; an unpublished paper on the history of radio and television in Prince George; a report related to the creation of a university for Northern British Columbia (1989) and proofs of the publication "Wild Liard Waters: Canoeing Canada's Historic Liard River" by Ferdi Wenger, c.1998.
