File consists of clipping, notes, and reproductions relating to the Natural Resources Security Company, the company was responsible for a land-selling campaign, selling lots for the townsite to later be Central Fort George, which was owned and ran by George John Hammond in Fort George. Includes: "The sales campaign of George J. Hammond and the Natural Resources Security Company" typescript research essay by Anna Bumby (30 Apr. 1981); "Fort George and its tributary territory" photocopied article from British Columbia Magazine (1912); "Facts, what British Columbia offers you" reproduction of a pamphlet produced by the Natural Resources Security Company, Ltd. (1910); and reproduced excerpts from an unidentified pamphlet issued in 1912 by the Natural Resources Security Company, Ltd.

File consists of clippings, notes, and reproductions relating to the development of an archive in Prince George and at the University of Northern British Columbia. Includes the following clipped articles from the Prince George Citizen newspaper: "Memories live on in boxes at UNBC, historical book in the works" (23 July 2000); "History in Boxes" (20 June 1997); "Material for archives sought" (May 1990); and "Record collector: Michael Taft works to keep local history alive" (24 Feb. 2000). Also includes a "Prince George City Archives Inventory" document; a Heritage Advisory Committee meeting agenda (30 June 1988); and an "Archives" report from the Heritage Advisory Committee of the City of Prince George.

Series consists of photographs, event itineraries and programs, letters of congratulations, letters of recommendation, newspaper clippings, invitations and place name cards all pertaining to Bridget’s receipt of the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal, the B.C. Book Prize, and honourary doctorate degrees from both the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) and the University of Victoria (UVic).

Fonds consists of original, silent 16mm reels that portray the natural, social and land use history of the Bella Coola and Chilcotin regions named the "Natural and Guiding History of the Bella Coola and Chilcotin Regions".

Possible locations that Al Elsey filmed include: Bella Coola, Bella Bella, Anahim Lake, Alert Bay, Nimpo Lake, Bulkey Valley, the Rainbow Mountains, Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, Dean River, Bella Coola River, Tchaha Lake, the Chilcotin region, the Ulkatcho Mountains, Lassard Lake, Fenton Lake, Atnarko River, Wells Gray Park, and Holt Homestead.

File contains photographs depicting individuals at Cassiar on strike in the winter time, marching down roads, holding picket signs, carrying small children who hold signs, and driving cars covered with strike slogans. Many of the signs read "U.S.W.A. LOCAL 6536" (United Steel Workers of America).

• Two photographs depict a man with a video recorder. Some photos feature plant buildings, two were taken at night. One photograph depicts a note that reads: "THERE WILL BE NO AFTERNOON SHIFT THURSDAY NOVEMBER 5th 1970."
• Many photos depict areas in the mine showing snow impacts, fissures in the mountain, asbestos evidence and other environmental activity. The picket signs contain protests regarding contracts, safety, environment, and ethics.
• Handwritten annotation on original envelope containing photographs: "Pictures 1970 Strike."
• Integrated into file are fourteen photos from file marked "Mr. B. Pewsey" that depict an area where a large rock fell, measuring tape, and protest sign.

This collection consists of textual records related to the history of Northern B.C. and the community of Prince George. Series consist of : (1) Kiwanis Club of Prince George ; (2) Miscellaneous ; (3) Yukon/Alaska Ephemera ; and (4) Josephine Mitchell.

Publication contains the 74th annual yearbook of the Empire Club entitled "Empire Club of Canada Addresses 1976-1977" which includes speeches given to the Empire Club of Canada during that time period.
