The UNBC Senate is a UNBC governing body and an academic authority for the institution.
The Senate is composed of:
(a) The Chancellor;
(b) The President, who shall be chair;
(c) the Provost;
(d) the Vice President, Research;

(f) the Deans of Colleges;
(g) the Dean of Graduate Programs;

(ii) 8 from the College of Science and Management,
(iii) 2 elected at large by all faculty members and librarians;
