Digital video recording is an episode of Spotlight on UNBC from January 1996. Features segments on the cold temperatures in Prince George (-40 degrees); research into the relationship between caribou habitat and tree harvesting in the Bowron Valley; the opening of a child welfare research centre; the opening of the daycare centre at UNBC; an increase in UNBC students from northern high schools; a presentation by Pat Kramer on aboriginal eco-tourism; Ecole Polytechnique memorial; UNBC women's conference; and an International Development Film Festival.
