File consists of Campagnolo's incoming and outgoing correspondence in French and English regarding salaries for Members of Parliament, Member of Parliament duties, and northern living allowances. Also includes original and photocopied newspaper clippings, a brochure entitled "The Citizen's Coalition," lists of Bills that passed through the House of Commons from 1974 to 1975, notes for a speech on Parliamentary salaries, a news release concerning election revenues and expenses, an auditing guideline entitled "Audit of a Candidate under the Canada Elections Act," a list of background papers at the Library of Parliament, a report entitled "An Outline for House of Commons reform," minutes from a House of Commons debate concerning finances, a copy of the first reading of Bill C-37 with inserted clauses concerning waste control in the ocean, parliament seating arrangements, and a memorandum concerning parliamentary mailing services.
