Photograph depicts a portable traction engine at Hat Creek Ranch. The engine was built by Sawyer and Massey Co. Ltd., Hamilton, Ontario. Presumably went into service late 1910. It had not been in use for some time.

Photograph depicts gas pumps that were adjacent to the Acton Kilby General Store that was operated by Mr. Acton Kilby, aged 81. He is visible in the shadows towards the left of the photograph and the left pump. Mr. Kilby's father acquired the store in 1902. The store was near historical Harrison Mills.

Photograph depicts renovated windsor kicthen chairs. The adult chair on the right was made in Owen Sound prior to 1923. Child's chair on the left was likely pre-1940. It came from Sunday school room of a church in Vancouver. Owned and renovated by David Davies.

Inscription on rock about HMS Segeria

Photograph depicts an inscription cut into a rock face found in Bedwell Harbour. The HMS Segeria, dated 1873-1911, was the only warship in Esquimalt at Queen Victoria's death responsible for firing the death salute of 81 guns, the Queen's age. The ship also served in the Pacific as a survey vessel rom 1897-1910. After, it was sold as a Boys Naval Brigade ship in Vancouver.

Photograph depicts a hydraulic sluicing monitor that was not a piece on display in the exhibit, but was a piece of abandoned equipment found below Barkerville town. It was made by Empire Foundry, Marysville, California.

Photograph taken at Caesar's Landing at a derelict landing, 1 mile south of Nahun on the west side of Okanagan Lake. Visible is a heavy portable 2 cylinder traction engine marked "Model K, 25 Horse engine No. 16320." Patented August 1906. Appears to have driven a small saw. Height of the saplings suggest that it had not been use for 5 to 15 years.

Photograph depicts the former "A" Pier of the CPR near the entrance to Coal Harbour. Undergoing dismantling or major renovation of the pier. The steam crane on a scow belonged to Vancouver Pile Driving and Contracting Co. Ltd. Left of the crane's jib was a new CPR rail slip in construction.
