The Kemano Completion Task Force was directed by R. Bell-Irving. Includes a draft outline of "Resource Activities Required for the Nechako Court Case and Possible Joint Technical Meetings" from F.C. Boyd. Also includes various records regarding the Kemano Task Force Report.

File consists of the second final draft of the "A Report of the Kemano Task Force: Review of the Environmental Studies Report Submitted by Alcan in Support of the Kemano Completion Proposal in Relation to Continued Fish Production from the Rivers Involved". The first final draft of this report was released in August 1987, a second final draft was released in April 1990, and a third final draft in 1994. The Report of the Kemano Task Force was never officially published, although it was made available upon request to the public after 1994. This copy annotated in depth by Hartman.

File consists of an agenda for a weekend conference held May 26-27, 1990 at the Friendship Centre in Vanderhoof entitled "Nechako: A River Worth Saving". Includes Hartman's handwritten notes for a talk he gave at the public session. According to Hartman, "at this meeting, it was made public for the first time that the key DFO scientists did not support the flows established in the 1987 settlement agreement".
