Includes an affidavit for the case, correspondence to and from legal counsel, a photocopy of Envirocon's "Review of the 1984 Nechako River Hydrothermal Monitoring and Control Program" sent from Alcan, and internal DFO memoranda.

The first final draft of this report was released in August 1987, a second final draft was released in April 1990, and a third final draft in 1994. The Report of the Kemano Task Force was never officially published, although it was made available upon request to the public after 1994. This copy annotated in depth by Hartman.
