It is the property of the provincial government of B.C. and located in the dock area of New Westminster. The wheels have solid wooden pieces between axels and tires.

It is a 2 truck with a length of 31'6", width of 8', and a height of 12'8". It has a 50" wheel base or a total of 20 1/2', and a wheel diameter of 27". The boiler pressure is 160 lbs. and the water capacity is 500 gallons. The weight is 26 tons.

Its length is 21'8", width 7'6", and height 9'8". It has a wheel diameter of 29" and a wheel base of 60". Its cylinders are 10"x18". It has a boiler pressure of 150 lbs. and a water capacity of 400 gallons. It weighs 36, 000 lbs. The driver is Elmer Blackstaff, RR4 Duncan.

In the foreground is 90-ton Shay locomotive #115 from the Railway Appliance Research Ltd. It was built by Lima Locomotive Works in 1929 and is builders #3350. It was last owned by Canadian Forest Products on Nimpkish Valley Railway on North Vancouver Island, up until at least the mid-1960s.
