Series consists of annual reports, correspondence, newspaper clippings, records of employment, a Retirement Party guest book, business cards, invitations, speeches, appointment announcements, pamphlets, Bridget Moran's "Oath of Allegiance; Office and Revenue to the Government of British Columbia", social work reports, contracts, copies of Employee Earnings Statements, background material on the case Hale vs. Her Majesty the Queen, and social work notebooks all pertaining to Bridget's career as a social worker with the Province of British Columbia and the Prince George School District, and as a member of the College of New Caledonia (CNC) Board, the Legal Services Society of B.C. and People on Welfare.

Series consists of personal and professional correspondence between Ainley and colleagues, friends, family, and acquaintances. Correspondence includes handwritten and typescript letters, postcards, Birthday cards, and Christmas cards.

Series consists of journals, draft manuscripts, correspondence, CMS documents and orders, speeches, sermons all written by or to Archdeacon W. H. Collison. Series also contains correspondence to W.E. Collison and Joyce Collison, genealogical information on the Collison family, newspaper clippings and a school paper written by Archdeacon Collison's grandaughter Katy.

Series consists of records reflecting the activities of the Dezell and Rustad families. Series include mayoral records from Bea and Garvin Dezell when Garvin served as Mayor of Prince George. Series includes materials celebrating Bea Dezell's life created by her family. Series also includes fundraising efforts for the Northern Medical Programs Trust. Finally, series includes a collection of "spruce" dollars and commemorative coins.

Series includes material related to the personal activities of H.G.T. Perry, which incorporates various materials from family and acquaintances. Included are correspondence between family and friends, news clippings regarding family funerals, Christmas cards, telegrams and postcards. Also includes printed notes and clippings of poetry, stories, and humour with commentary by H.G.T. Perry.

Series consists of newspaper clippings, correspondence, academic transcripts and diplomas, marriage announcements, a copy of a Last Will & Testament, a copy of a Court Order, a poster, a map, photographs, events programs, lyrics, a copy of a Certificate of Canadian Citizenship and an autograph book all pertaining to the personal life of Bridget Moran.

Series contains two diplomas awarded to Dr. Ainley by the University of Northern British Columbia, news clippings, and photographs. Series also includes some of her activities during her retirement including her art exhibits, a cruise, and membership in Federation of BC Writers.

Series consists of day planners and journals, a scrapbook from Weller's time at Lakehead University, photographs and birthday cards for his 50th birthday and other material not involved in Weller's academic research or teaching positions.
