Frederick William Knewstubb, who first foresaw the possibility of the Kenney Dam/Nechako Reservoir project, which was carried out by the Aluminium Company of Canada (ALCAN). Knewstubb joined the Water Rights Branch as a draughtsman in 1911, became a hydrological engineer in 1926, and was Chief Hydrologic Engineer for the Water Rights Branch at the time of his death, 16 December 1937. Materials includes reproductions of articles, and correspondence.
