Also includes a project model for Employee Fitness and Lifestyle Project, news releases in French and English, a draft of a press conference on employee fitness, original and photocopied newspaper articles on fitness benefits in English and French, a card and photograph of Exercise Break in action, a copy of the Filimatter Fitness Newsletter, a copy of "Alcan's Physical Fitness Program" from Alcan Smelters & Chemicals Ltd., notes, and memoranda.
