File primarily consists of material related to a chapter titled "The Development of Health Policy in Canada" by Weller and Pranlal Manga published in the book "The Politics of Canadian Public Policy" edited by M. Atkinson and M. Chandler (University of Toronto Press, 1983) including other versions of the paper and related correspondence.
