File consists of material regarding cultural interpretations of railways, such as railway-related movies, poetry, drama, and art. Predominantly consists of photocopy reproductions, pamphlets, excerpts from books, clippings from periodicals, a Christmas card. Includes an excerpt from "Waiting for the Light: Early Mountain Photography in British Columbia and Alberta, 1865-1939" by Silversides; an article by Doughty entitled "About a 'Boy in a Dining Car': How New York Central's company photographer helped Norman Rockwell create an American classic"; an excerpt from "Motion Picture Production in British Columbia: 1898-1940" by Browne; and a list of railway films depicting British Columbia.
